You Don’t Have to Say You Love Me by Sarra Manning
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Neve and Max meet at a party where Neve instantly takes a disliking to him. Flash forward to a few meetings later and Neve decides Max can be a pretend boyfriend to help her prepare for the love of her life (who she hasn’t seen in years). Max is perfect for this job as he pretty much has no emotions. I loved how this book was more than just a love story. Neve and Max both have their own issues that they are dealing with which makes this a genuinely heartfelt read. I absolutely adored this book and would love to read (and reread) it again. This book is entertaining, well-written and funny.
